About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Operations Manager - International FIT Segment
to manage tailor-made holiday operations for individual travelers. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth, end-to-end travel experiences for our international Free Independent Travelers (FIT), from post-sales to trip completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete
post-sales operations
for
International FIT bookings
- including planning, execution, and customer support.
Design and curate
customized travel itineraries
as per traveler preferences, budget, and travel goals.
Coordinate with
international DMCs, vendors, and service providers
to ensure best-in-class service and pricing.
Monitor all bookings - flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and special activities - for
accuracy, quality, and timely confirmation
.
Liaise with the Sales Team
to understand client briefs, travel expectations, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Cross-sell additional services like travel insurance, airport transfers, excursions, etc., during the operations phase.
Maintain
destination expertise
in popular and emerging international travel spots (Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Australia, etc.).
Ensure compliance with visa requirements, international travel regulations, insurance, and COVID/travel advisories.
Leverage
Online Travel Aggregators (OTAs)
and booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Expedia, Viator, etc.) for sourcing and reservations.
Resolve operational issues or client escalations in a proactive and service-oriented manner.
Stay updated on
international travel trends, seasonal demand shifts
, and competitor offerings in the FIT segment.
