Role Overview:
The Operations Manager will be the senior-most leader responsible for managing Lytegen's operations across India. This is a strategic and execution-driven role, where you will oversee all functional areas including inside operations, outside operations, post-operations, and supply chain. You will be responsible for leading a team of managers, establishing KPIs, monitoring performance, and ensuring operational efficiency across the board. As the key operations leader in India, you will act as the bridge between global leadership and local teams, ensuring alignment with company goals while adapting strategies to the Indian business environment. This role requires a strong leader who is equally comfortable with strategy, people management, and problem-solving at scale.
Responsibilities:

• Manage all operational functions across India (inside, outside, post-ops, supply chain).
• Lead a team of managers and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish KPIs and track operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and standards.
• Report directly to global leadership.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM or relevant qualification.
• 8-12 years in operations leadership.
• Strong people management and leadership experience.
• Ability to manage a large workforce and multiple functions.
