Minimum of 10 12 years of BPO or professional services experience with 6 8 years of Global payroll processing experience Must Have
Graduate in any stream
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in HR Operations and Global Payroll Processing

Must have minimum 4 plus years of team handling experience
Experience in managing invoicing and billing
Proven expertise in customer relationship management strong consultative skills
Computer proficiency MS Office Word Excel Outlook and Powerpoint
Experience in HRMS ERP like SAP SuccessFactors workday etc

Experience in multi country HRO and Payroll processing will be an advantage
Experience on Payroll systems such as ADP Streamline Celergo SAP Payroll CGI Lessorlon Decidium or Dayforce will be added advantage
Excellent customer management negotiation skills Responsibility includes supervise hire and train employees manage quality assurance programs and strategize process improvements
Ability to manage a team which run multi country payroll and employee data management processing from offshore
Responsible for overseeing and directing payroll procedures ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations supervising the payroll team and maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data records
Coordinate activities with other client departments to ensure successful testing and implementation of tax updates year end testing on multiple or single payroll ERP for all regions
Broad understanding and ability to research and interpret payroll and labor laws
Maintain the requisite Payroll reports for SOX or other local compliance
Handle employment termination payments and exceptions
Monitor ongoing processes and ensure timely updates to help improve internal communication and employee experience
Ensures compliance with applicable payroll tax and labor law requirements by studying existing and new legislation enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions
Ensures that internal SOPs and statutory regulations summaries are continuously updated and reflect the latest regulations and process updates
Extensive knowledge of Operations methodologies in HRO field ability to monitor industry trends
Answers consultants procedural questions by researching and interpreting SOPs and statutory regulations
Coach and help develop team members help bridge knowledge gaps and overcome skill and will issues
Handle User customer escalations and formulate actions to resolve any concerns and ownership till resolution
Identify process improvement opportunities and support lead transformation automations projects
