We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day travel operations, manage teams, improve processes, and ensure smooth and accurate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily travel operations: ticketing, reservations, amendments, cancellations.
Lead and mentor the operations team to meet performance targets.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors for smooth service.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor MIS reports, enhance processes, and maintain SOP compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in travel operations.
Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
