Operations Infrastructure Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and strengthen customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.

Drive cross-sell and up-sell initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.

Maintain and update CRM data accurately.

Coordinate with internal teams to enhance client experience.

Prepare reports, presentations, and insights using Excel and PowerPoint.

Monitor CRM performance and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM / Client Relationship / Customer Success roles.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Master's degree preferred (MBA or related field).

Experience with CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce preferred).
