We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven

Operations Manager

to oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure operational efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate will manage teams, coordinate with cross-functional units, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across sales, logistics, and customer service teams. Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and best practices. Monitor key performance metrics and prepare reports for management. Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor coordination. Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and cost optimization. Lead, mentor, and evaluate operations staff to ensure productivity and compliance. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic operational plans. Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM tools. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
