Key Responsibilities:



Process orders via the VPLAK Admin portal, managing pickups/deliveries based on location and GST laws. Ensure timely dispatch, monitor shipments, and resolve delays promptly. Handle paperwork and payments to prevent losses. Manage RTOs, adhering to delivery timelines
.

In vendor management, research, verify, and negotiate with vendors while maintaining communication and productivity as per company protocols. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries, manage COD remittance, weight disputes, and billing issues. Use escalation procedures when needed and follow courier guidelines. Manage customer communications across calls, emails, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely responses as per SLAs. Maintain high call pickup rates and promptly address missed communications. Oversee employee management, including training and monitoring of interns/executives, ensuring team productivity and reporting any errors or losses. Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives. Creating and managing the organizations fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses. Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers. Monitoring facility condition and environmental performance and recommending or approving funding levels and spending plans. Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work. Monitoring occupant satisfaction. Monitoring construction and renovation projects. Monitoring performance metrics. Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.
