In vendor management, research, verify, and negotiate with vendors while maintaining communication and productivity as per company protocols.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries, manage COD remittance, weight disputes, and billing issues. Use escalation procedures when needed and follow courier guidelines.
Manage customer communications across calls, emails, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely responses as per SLAs. Maintain high call pickup rates and promptly address missed communications.
Oversee employee management, including training and monitoring of interns/executives, ensuring team productivity and reporting any errors or losses.
