to lead our on-site activities and ensure smooth coordination between teams, government agencies, and local stakeholders.

Position:

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all mining operations, including production, processing, logistics, and maintenance. Manage site teams, contractors, and support staff to achieve production and safety targets. Liaise and maintain positive relationships with

government departments, local authorities, and regulatory bodies

to ensure compliance with all legal and environmental requirements. Represent the company in

community and stakeholder meetings

, promoting responsible mining practices and local engagement. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Coordinate closely with geology and engineering teams to optimize mine plans and material movement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime. Report directly to senior management on progress, challenges, and key operational outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering, or related discipline

.

4-5 years' experience

in mining operations or plant management. Proven leadership and team management abilities in multi-disciplinary environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with authorities and local communities. (

) Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, logistics, and production schedules.
