About the Role:

We are looking for an Operations Manager to independently handle our

pharma 3PL warehouse

operations at Icchapore. The candidate must have strong experience in

pharma warehousing

, compliance, and day-to-day warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the

pharma warehouse

with full ownership of inbound, outbound, and inventory control. Ensure strict adherence to

GDP/GMP

, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Implement and maintain SOPs, safety guidelines, and documentation. Coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal teams for smooth 3PL operations. Monitor manpower, productivity, and overall warehouse performance. Handle audits, temperature-controlled storage, and maintain stock accuracy. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

3-5 years

of hands-on experience managing

pharma warehouse operations

, preferably in a 3PL environment. Strong knowledge of

FEFO, batch/lot management, GDP/GMP

, and pharma storage norms. Ability to manage teams and independently handle warehouse activities. Good understanding of WMS, MIS, and operational reporting. Strong communication and coordination skills.

Education:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Supply chain/warehouse certifications preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
