We are seeking a proactive and mission-driven

Center Manager

to lead the operational and strategic functions of our government project center in Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with a deep commitment to social development and community engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of center operations, ensuring alignment with project goals Supervise and support staff to maintain high performance and accountability Implement effective workflows and delegate tasks to optimize productivity Manage recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of center personnel Foster a positive, inclusive, and ethically sound workplace culture Liaise with government officials, local stakeholders, and internal teams Track progress, generate reports, and contribute to strategic planning Uphold the organization's values while representing it in public forums

Candidate Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in team leadership and operational management Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Strong ethical foundation and commitment to public service Ability to engage with diverse communities and build meaningful relationships Knowledge of government programs and grassroots implementation strategies Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
