. You will manage the entire production cycle--from fabric sourcing to final dispatch--ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and top-tier quality.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and control end-to-end production for men's garments (cutting, stitching, finishing, packing).
Maintain production schedules to meet buyer deadlines and quality standards (AQL/ISO/BSCI).
Manage sourcing and inventory of fabrics, trims, and accessories with cost control.
Implement and monitor SOPs, lean practices, and workplace safety measures.
Lead and mentor production supervisors, line managers, and shop-floor staff.
Coordinate with merchandising, design, QA, and logistics teams for seamless order execution.
Prepare and present daily/weekly MIS reports on production, costs, and efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, buyer audits, and environmental standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Apparel Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in garment manufacturing (menswear preferred), including at least 3 years in a senior operations role.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
Proven ability to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency with ERP/MIS or production planning software.
