Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage
daily operations
across Production, Warehouse, Marketing, Design, and Accounts departments.
Coordinate between teams to ensure
timely completion of tasks
and adherence to company quality standards.
Monitor staff performance
, manage work allocation, and ensure smooth inter-departmental communication.
Prepare and maintain
MIS reports
, operational data, and updates for the Director.
Liaise with
vendors, suppliers, and clients
for timely procurement, order execution, and delivery.
Plan and implement
process improvements
to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Supervise
inventory control, order management, and dispatch tracking

Support the HR team in
attendance, scheduling, and performance monitoring
of the operations staff.
Ensure
compliance with company policies
and maintain confidentiality in all business activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Operations Management
, or a related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in Operations, preferably in the
Garment/Apparel Industry
.
Strong knowledge of
production workflow, vendor management, and inventory processes
.
Excellent
communication, coordination, and leadership
skills.
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
; ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
