2. Daily Operations Management
Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B (if applicable)
Conduct daily property walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and quality benchmarks.
Manage room readiness, occupancy, and smooth check-in/check-out processes.
3. Staff Leadership & Training
Supervise, guide, and motivate team members across departments.
Create staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance service delivery and performance.
Manage staff grievances, discipline, and performance evaluations.
4. Inventory & Procurement
Oversee inventory levels, requisitions, and vendor management.
Ensure cost-effective purchasing and prevent wastage.
Maintain par stock for housekeeping, guest supplies, and operational items.
5. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and operational reports.
Ensure proper documentation, billing accuracy, and compliance with statutory requirements.
6. Safety, Security & Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety, fire, and hygiene protocols.
Handle emergency situations with calmness and proper procedure.
Coordinate with local authorities when required.
7. Maintenance Oversight
Coordinate with engineering/maintenance teams for property upkeep.
Ensure prompt resolution of breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
8. Property Presentation & Standards
Maintain boutique hotel aesthetics, ambiance, and brand identity.
Ensure rooms, public areas, and outdoor spaces are always guest-ready.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
3-5 years of experience in hotel operations (boutique/luxury segment preferred).
Prior supervisory or managerial experience required.

Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.

Knowledge of hotel PMS, operational SOPs, and hospitality standards.
