Position Overview



We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Operations Manager

to oversee the end-to-end operations of our Overseas Recruitment Company. The ideal candidate will manage daily branch operations, ensure smooth coordination between departments, handle client relations, oversee documentation and compliance, and lead B2B partnerships.

The role requires regular

travel to our branch locations

within Kerala and to other states as needed.

Key Responsibilities1. Operational Management



Oversee day-to-day operations across all branches. Ensure smooth functioning of recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and client submissions. Monitor timelines and deliverables in job orders from overseas clients. Implement SOPs and operational guidelines across branches. Coordinate with the documentation, recruitment, compliance, and client service teams.

2. Branch Coordination & Travel



Regularly visit branch offices within Kerala and other states for performance review and operational support. Conduct audits to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies. Provide training and support to branch staff for improving productivity and service quality.

3. B2B Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas employers, manpower agencies, and domestic partners. Identify new B2B opportunities for workforce supply and project collaborations. Attend B2B meetings, industry events, and networking sessions to expand business partnerships. Coordinate proposals, presentations, and business development activities.

4. Team Leadership



Lead and manage recruitment coordinators, documentation staff, and branch executives. Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback. Organize training sessions to enhance team performance and customer handling.

5. Compliance & Documentation



Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements. Oversee overseas documentation, client contracts, candidate documentation, and visa procedures. Monitor data accuracy and maintain updated records and dashboards.

6. Reporting & Analysis



Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management. Analyze branch performance, revenue generation, and operational bottlenecks. Suggest process improvements for efficiency and quality enhancement.

Skills & Qualifications Required



Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years experience in overseas recruitment / staffing / HR operations. Strong knowledge of recruitment workflows, documentation, and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel frequently within Kerala and outside states. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure. Good understanding of B2B development and client relationship management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
