Oversee day-to-day operations in production, dispatch, Sale, purchase and store management.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift planning
Coordinate with purchase, sales, accounts, and housekeeping teams.
Ensure smooth functioning of bakery production for hot & cold sections
Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Handle vendor negotiations and client coordination
Maintain operational reports and documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in operations (FMCG/Bakery preferred)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic ERP/Inventory systems
Excellent communication and team management skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Salary: 30K-40K
