Operations Manager - Fiduciary Accounting - General Insurance (London Market) - 12+ Years - Pune
We are hiring an experienced Insurance Operations Leader to manage London Market fiduciary accounting (non-claims) operations. The role focuses on premium accounting, client money controls, compliance, and team leadership in a structured, SLA-driven environment.
Location: Pune (UK Shift)

Responsibilities: * Lead and manage fiduciary accounting and premium operations for London Market insurance portfolios

• Ensure compliance with UK regulatory, Lloyds, and client money requirements
• Drive SLAs, productivity, quality, and audit readiness across operations
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team through regular reviews and training
• Oversee premium collection, allocation, reconciliations, settlements, and unallocated cash
• Handle client escalations and engage proactively with UK stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Monitor workforce metrics including productivity, attrition, and adherence

Requirements: * Graduate (any stream)

• 12+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years in team management
• Strong experience in General Insurance London Market fiduciary / premium accounting (non-claims)
• Prior exposure to broker or insurer captive operations preferred
• Sound understanding of UK regulatory, audit, and compliance standards
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
