What We Look For

We are seeking an Operations Manager who is organized, proactive, and committed to ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively balance people management with operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise facilities, maintenance, and all centre activities to ensure smooth functioning. Coordinate with therapists, support staff, parents, HODs, and admin to maintain efficient workflows and prepare therapy schedules. Maintain supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep; ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health protocols. Track key metrics (patient volume, satisfaction, revenue) and provide actionable insights to improve operations and support expansion. Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints; build strong relationships with parents, vendors, and external partners. Ensure adherence to safety, HR, and data protection policies, and manage any operational risks proactively. Support marketing, outreach, and customer-focused programs to enhance the centre's presence and reputation.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in operations Management , preferably in a hospital or clinic setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic management software .

Proficiency in Telugu is a must.
