We are hiring for Operations Manager for a Luxury Retail Brand
Location - Gurgaon
Role - Operations Manager-Store
- Handling store operations (Cluster) in India.
- Recruiting, training, and appraising staff.
- Training new employees to ensure performance enhancements.
- Overseeing the hiring, training, scheduling, and discipline of staff members.
- Ensuring that all company procedures are followed to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
- Managing and controlling the budget for each retail location, and costs associated with rent, labor, advertising, and supplies.
- Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
- Developing promotional strategies to increase sales and growth in customer loyalty and retention.
- Preparing and reviewing financial reports to identify opportunities for an increase in revenue and cost cutting.
- Handling customer escalations and dealing with customer queries and complaints.
- Helping in the opening of new stores.
Kindly Note - We are looking from Luxury Retail/Apparels only, dont apply if you are experienced in FMCG/Food or any other apart from fashion Retail.
Must be open for Travelling.
