• Manage direct reports to include task scheduling, performance evaluations,mentoring, training, and employee development, recommending and executing on personnel actions.
• Provide timelines and complete feasibility studies for key stakeholders.
• Partner with Director on strategic planning for operational goals and objectivesincluding organizational structure.
• Serve as lead for all internal/external client communication.
• Maintain links with strategic clients to determine suitable direction of current analytics/methodologies/deliverables.
• Manage and own process for identification of opportunities for process improvements related to quality and efficiency, supervise direct reports and cross-functional teams during the design and execution of these initiatives.
• Ensure best practices are leveraged across departments
• Direct engagement with Retailer and Vendors
• Partner with Business Product and Tech team
• Collaborate with cross functional Operations and Technology teams for new retailer onboarding and existing retailer file format changes
• Contribute to data quality initiatives and constantly look for data feed improvement opportunities
• Input consistency assurance and managing data escalations
• Adhere to operational administrational requirements such as team shift allowance and timesheet management
• Mentoring and upskilling the team

Qualifications

• Overall Experience: 12-15 years, including 6-8 years in people management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and drive change
• Proven experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and compliance monitoring
