Job Summary:
Coempt EduTeck is looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our Examination Business and Delivery at a client location.
Hs/Her primary role is to ensures that everything runs smoothly from one day to another. His/her primary role is to maximize processes and procedures while meeting customer expectations in terms of cost-effectiveness, timelines and Delivery, ultimately leading to client Satisfaction
Responsibilities

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way Ensuring the timely delivery as per client's requirements Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs Recruit, train and supervise the resources Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role or from Similar domain Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management Excellent communication skills Leadership ability Any Degree

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
