JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a high spirited Operations Executive, to spearhead operations in India and begin rapid expansion across Indian Cities. Along with this also take care of client satisfaction at their level. The individual should be proficient at and enjoy solving complex problems and execute at grass roots along with the team. The objective is to implement fleet protocols, optimize vehicle utilization, grow and manage the fleet, manpower and streamline operations as Medulance continues to accelerate across the country

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling and managing the Existing Fleet Deployed Handling existing vendor network and work on the expansion of the same Building relationships with provider network Managing, coordinating and supervising the acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair and replacement of fleet vehicles Expanding operations and launch of the service in new cities Managing the on ground manpower including drivers, paramedics, nurses (100-400) Managing end- to- end operations and accounts of the client wrt operations Auditing the Ambulance on regular basis Ensure gold standards for our vehicles and groom the fleet staff for a great patient experience Monitoring on-site projects and field operations

KEY SKILLS

The candidate should have minimum 3+ years of experience in: Managing vendors, fleet and drivers and on ground staff Working in a technology-based organization Prior experience of managing multi-city fleets and teams Excellent communication and networking skills Able to get their hands dirty and solve problems in the field
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
