Duties

Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals and objectives. Oversee profit & loss management to ensure financial health and sustainability. Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth. Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach and enhance revenue streams. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity. Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in management roles in an aesthetic clinic with a focus on operations or project management. MBA Degree Strong background in strategic planning, leadership, and supervising teams effectively. Demonstrated expertise in profit & loss management and financial oversight. Experience in business development with a track record of driving growth initiatives. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
