Operations Manager

to join our growing team and lead our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency. Coordinate with clinical and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of aligners and retainers. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and quality. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management. Lead and mentor operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field 1 +year of experience in operations, preferably in healthcare, dental, or manufacturing sectors. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
