Full lead on coordinating with graphics team for creation of suitable marketing collateral.
Lead on GST compliance by maintaining requisite paperwork as required by CA.

Undertaking calling activities to interact with repeat customers and converting abandoned check outs.
Achieving targets for converting repeat and abandoned check outs via customer support team.
Achieving targets for converting customers via WhatsApp queries
Developing and executing all voucher code promotions via all channels - website, ecommerce, whatsapp and offline related activities.
Monitoring competitor pricing and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
Creating and managing special offers, bundles, and promotions
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts
Negotiating and managing agreements and terms with key partners
Collaborating with the sales team to expand key account business
Managing and forecasting inventory requirements to meet customer demand

Executing operational activities related to influencer affiliate programs
Responsible for operations and supporting team for smooth execution of offline events
Kiosks in malls - training on site sales personnel on customer queries effectively.
Managing and optimizing product listings and inventory on all Quick commerce platforms
Key charge for stock management and raising purchase orders for finished goods and packaging based on days of inventory
Leading operations for all new alliances, partnerships, online ecommerce and offline activations
Liasing with CA and leading all payments, expenses and reconciliation issues.
