DESCRIPTION


We're seeking an experienced Design Operations Manager to join Amazon Music's growing team in India. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing day-to-day operations, and implementing Ops specific India strategic initiatives to support Amazon Music's expansion in the region.



Key job responsibilities

o Lead and optimize operational processes for Amazon Music services in India o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to scale efficiencies that lead to high creative bar o Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency o Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization o Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) o Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices and standardize processes o Help manage escalations within your team o Partner with Product and Engineering teams to optimize design delivery
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Engineering, or related field o 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in technology or digital services o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Excellent project management capabilities o Proven track record of process improvement and optimization o Strong communication skills in English o Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications: o Experience in music streaming or digital entertainment industry o Knowledge of Indian music market o Experience with Agile methodologies o Proficiency in regional languages
