We're launching in early 2026 with three hero innovations: a liquid lip balm, a 3-in-1 cheek stick for lips, cheeks and eyes, and a skin contour pen for easy definition on the go.

We're now looking for a driven

Operations Manager

to help us bring this vision to life from launch onward.

Role Overview

The

Operations Manager

will be responsible for setting up and managing all core operations - from supply chain and vendor coordination to logistics, fulfilment, and inventory management.

You will work closely with the founders, formulation and packaging partners, logistics vendors, and e-commerce platforms to ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, thrives on structure, and takes full ownership of ensuring operational excellence from day one of launch.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain & Vendor Management

Manage relationships with manufacturers, and packaging vendors. Oversee production timelines, MOQs, and quality control. Negotiate costs, track deliveries, and coordinate with internal teams for product readiness.

2. Logistics & Fulfilment

Identify and manage 3PL logistics partners for pan-India fulfilment. Oversee warehousing, dispatch accuracy, and packaging integrity. Streamline processes for returns and reverse logistics.

3. Inventory & Operations Planning

Set up and maintain efficient inventory tracking systems. Forecast demand, manage replenishments, and align with marketing and finance for launch and post-launch periods. Track key performance metrics including OTIF, wastage, and cost efficiency.

4. E-commerce Operations

Manage onboarding and day-to-day operations for platforms like Nykaa, Tira, and our own website. Align with marketing on campaign-linked inventory planning and product availability. Ensure seamless coordination between warehouse, order management, and customer experience.

5. Process Setup & Optimisation

Build and document SOPs for production, fulfilment, and quality control. Implement systems or software for operational tracking and automation. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.

What We're Looking For

4-8 years of experience

in Operations, Supply Chain, or Fulfilment (preferably in Experience in a beauty, skincare, or wellness brand). Hands-on experience managing

vendors, 3PL partners, and e-commerce operations

. Strong organisational and negotiation skills; comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous setups. A builder's mindset -- thrives on structure, accountability, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills Familiarity with Shopify, Unicommerce, or similar order management systems.
