This role requires strong relationship management, operational oversight, and regulatory understanding to ensure smooth collaboration between our organization and multiple co-operative banking institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the
primary point of contact
between the company and all co-operative banks in the assigned region.
Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational requirements with co-operative banks to ensure seamless functioning.
Oversee and verify all
certifications, compliance documents, and agreements
related to the banking operations and company products.
Maintain and update documentation in line with NPCI and co-operative banking regulatory standards.
Build and nurture
strong relationships
with senior officials and decision-makers in co-operative banks.
Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and resolution of any operational or compliance issues with the banks.
Support internal teams (Product, Finance, Compliance, and Legal) by providing necessary inputs and documentation related to co-operative banking operations.
Monitor performance, identify potential banking partners, and facilitate onboarding processes.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on bank relations, operational progress, and compliance updates to management.
Qualifications and Experience:
a certified professional
in the co-operative banking sector (Required).
Minimum
5+ years of experience
working with or coordinating operations in the co-operative banking ecosystem.
Sound understanding of
banking documentation, certifications, and compliance processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and documentation management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and other documentation tools.
