Key ResponsibilitiesContent Operations Management
Oversee the entire content workflow--from planning to publishing.
Assign tasks to content writers, editors, and designers, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain content calendars, topic lists, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Review and ensure all content meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
Track progress of ongoing content tasks and update internal trackers/SOPs.
Ensure content is delivered on time and as per project requirements.
Handle revisions, updates, and content-related queries.
Content Planning & Strategy
Assist in planning monthly content requirements and deliverables.
Identify content gaps and ensure proper workload distribution.
Support in optimizing content processes for better productivity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in content operations, content management, or similar role.
Strong understanding of content production processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
