Commerce background (B.Com / M.Com / MBA - Finance / Operations preferred)
Strong understanding of accounts, costing, cash flow, and financial controls
Experience in operations, administration, coordination, or management roles
Exposure to architecture / construction / interior / project-based businesses is an advantage
Role Purpose
The Operations Manager is responsible for operating the business system, ensuring that performance-driven departments and behavior-driven departments work in alignment, with financial discipline, planning accuracy, coordination efficiency, and strong control mechanisms.
This role acts as the central nervous system of the company.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Planning & Control
Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily operational plans
Convert business goals into department-wise action plans
Ensure execution is aligned with timelines, budgets, and priorities
2. Performance Department Management
(Design, Project Execution, Sales Support, Site Coordination, etc.)
Track output, timelines, productivity, and delivery quality
Ensure work flow matches approved plans and schedules
Identify delays, inefficiencies, and performance gaps
3. Behaviour Department Management
(Accounts, Admin, HR, Customer Care)
Ensure discipline, reporting accuracy, documentation, and follow-ups
Maintain professional behavior, communication standards, and internal coordination
Ensure systems are followed, not bypassed
4. Financial Planning & Calculations
Track income, expenses, cash flow, and commitments
Validate budgets, cost estimates, and operational spending
Ensure approvals, fund availability, and financial discipline before execution
5. Coordination & Direction
Coordinate between management, departments, consultants, and teams
Provide clear directions, priorities, and instructions
Ensure no task moves without clarity and approval
6. Monitoring, Reporting & Control
Daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting
Control deviations in cost, time, and behavior
Escalate risks and deviations to management with solutions
