Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented

Operations Manager

to oversee the end-to-end operations of

4 restaurant branches

in Chandigarh along with the

base kitchen

. This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring strong coordination, leadership, and operational control across all locations in the city.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across all restaurant outlets and the base kitchen Ensure consistent service quality, food standards, hygiene, and safety compliance Train, guide, and supervise staff for optimal performance Manage vendor coordination, negotiations, and procurement Monitor inventory levels, stock usage, and wastage control Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly Coordinate with management on planning, reporting, and future expansion
Requirements

1 - 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations Freshers with strong leadership potential and willingness to learn are welcome Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple outlets efficiently Willingness to travel across locations within the city Strong interest in the food & hospitality industry
