Position Overview



We are seeking an experienced

Operations Manager with a strong B2B Sales background

to oversee day-to-day business operations, streamline processes, and drive efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of

B2B sales cycles, client relationship management, and operational excellence

, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and customer success teams

Key Responsibilities



Operations Management

Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth functioning across departments. Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor KPIs and prepare reports to track business performance

Sales Operations & Support

Work closely with the sales team to support B2B lead generation, pipeline management, and deal execution. Develop and manage sales dashboards, forecasts, and CRM processes. Ensure proper contract management, pricing approvals, and compliance with sales policies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams. Ensure seamless onboarding, delivery, and support for B2B clients. Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate issues when required.

Client & Vendor Management

Support client relationship teams in ensuring high service quality and timely deliveries. Manage vendor negotiations, procurement processes, and third-party partnerships

Process Improvement & Strategy

Identify gaps in workflows and suggest automation/technology-driven solutions. Collaborate with leadership to design growth strategies and operational roadmaps. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
