Lead, mentor, and motivate Team Leaders to ensure collaboration and high performance.
Oversee all client operations, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
Manage resource allocation and team capacity across departments.
Conduct quarterly performance reviews and drive development through Career Navigator.
Monitor training needs and ensure completion of mandatory learning programs.
Review and update SOPs, client-specific manuals, and operational processes.
Handle overflow or absentee coverage and ensure continuity of deliverables.
Ensure statutory lodgments, payments, and client communications are accurate and timely.
Encourage learning and continuous improvement across the team.
Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA / CA / CMA
Minimum 4 years of experience in international accounting operations
with proven team-handling experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and clients effectively.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
