Job Description

SRV Group of Hospital with 500 bed across Nasik, Mumbai n Bglore (Goregaon, Dombivali, Kurla) is seeking applicants for its Setup of 100 bedded tertiary care SRV Hospital at Goregaon, Jawahar Nagar, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities



1. Operational Management



Oversee daily operations of all non-medical departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, Biomedical Engineering, Food & Nutrition, Laundry, Transport, and Administration. Ensure smooth coordination among departments to provide seamless support to medical and clinical teams. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all non-clinical areas. Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.

2. Facility & Infrastructure Management



Supervise maintenance of hospital infrastructure, equipment, and utilities to ensure optimal functionality and safety. Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with engineering and facilities teams. Ensure compliance with hospital safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.

3. Vendor & Contract Management



Manage contracts and relationships with vendors, service providers, and outsourced partners (e.g., housekeeping, security, cafeteria). Negotiate service agreements and ensure timely delivery of contracted services. Evaluate vendor performance periodically.

4. Budgeting & Cost Control



Assist in preparing and managing budgets for non-medical departments. Monitor expenditures and identify areas for cost optimization without compromising service quality. Ensure adherence to financial and procurement policies.

5. Quality, Compliance & Accreditation



Ensure all non-medical functions comply with statutory regulations, hospital policies, and accreditation standards (NABH, JCI, etc.). Participate in internal and external audits, prepare compliance reports, and implement corrective actions. Support quality improvement initiatives across departments.

6. People Management



Lead and mentor departmental teams; ensure effective manpower planning, training, and performance management. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence. Address operational grievances and promote employee engagement.

7. Patient Experience & Service Excellence



Coordinate with front-line teams to ensure superior patient experience and satisfaction. Develop systems for effective patient feedback collection and resolution of service-related issues. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery standards.

Qualifications & Experience



Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field.

Experience:

7-12 years of experience in hospital operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing non-medical functions.

Preferred:

Exposure to NABH/JCI accreditation processes; experience in large multispecialty or tertiary care hospitals
