The Operations Manager will support the sales and operations function by preparing quotations, following up on sales enquiries, coordinating with the sales team and customers, tracking sales performance, and managing orders and dispatch instructions. The role focuses on smooth order processing, timely follow-ups, and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and share quotations with customers as per sales requirements
Follow up on sales enquiries with customers and the internal sales team
Coordinate with sales persons for order confirmation and updates
Track enquiries and ensure timely conversion into orders
Prepare regular sales reports showing sales performance of each salesperson
Monitor order status from confirmation to dispatch
Instruct dispatch team for timely and correct material dispatch
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and suppliers when required
Ensure accuracy in order details, pricing, and dispatch instructions
Maintain records of quotations, orders, dispatches, and sales data
Skills & Requirements:
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Working knowledge of Excel and basic reporting
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Experience in operations, sales support, or order management preferred
