Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Manager - Training & Delivery
to oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of our training programs. The ideal candidate will coordinate the entire trainer ecosystem, ensuring timely trainer deployment, session delivery, runbook tracking, and daily reporting. This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution of both in-house and college-based training engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Trainer ManagementAllocate trainers to college/inhouse programs based on skill, availability, and location.
Maintain a live tracker of all trainers (availability, deployment, feedback).
Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new trainers.
Ensure trainers adhere to company guidelines and code of conduct.
Training Delivery Oversight Monitor session delivery, daily schedules, and syllabus coverage.
Ensure trainers follow session-wise runbooks and submit Start-of-Day (SOD) and End-of-Day (EOD) reports.
Resolve last-minute trainer issues or scheduling conflicts quickly.
Operational Reporting Collect, validate, and compile daily reports from trainers.
Maintain structured documentation and records for internal audits and performance evaluation.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly operational reports to the management.
Client & College Coordination Communicate with college SPOCs for training schedules, logistics, and feedback.
Handle rescheduling, trainer replacement, and support logistics as needed.
Process & Compliance Ensure all operations follow SOPs.
Regularly audit runbooks, attendance, feedback, and LMS updates.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Education, or Technology).
Proven experience in operations management (EdTech or training sector preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to manage remote trainers and multiple training programs simultaneously.
Good Communication in English & Telugu speaking preferred (for college coordination in AP & Telangana).
