Brief about the Team

The role will be of the Counselors in the Corporate Health & Wellness vertical of TATA 1mg. The team will play a core part in ensuring that employees are properly counseled with the proper solutions. The team works at clients\' offices to provide healthcare services to corporates.

What will you do:
Counseling:
Face-to-face counseling: This will be available by appointment at the client\'s premises.

• Virtual counseling: Virtual counseling will be available in case of emergencies and for employees who are working from home or in situations where an ongoing client needs immediate support. To offer counseling services to the employees (\'Users\') of the Company in the area of personal, relationship, workplace, parenting issues, legal/financial information services, etc.

Documentation with confidentiality:
Maintaining proper documentation of the details of the caller, the nature of issues, distress experienced, needs to be expressed, the assistance offered, liaising with the local level service providers, and follow-up which should be kept confidential at all times.

• To make sure that the caller should be kept anonymous in all cases except in the case of anticipated harm to self or others by the user.

Feedback Reports to the Company:
Need to communicate with the Client team, SPOC and Regional HR teams on a regular basis to discuss observations and insights to follow the reporting protocols as communicated by the client.

• Sending Feedback Reports to the Company with statistics once every month and problem trends every 6 months.

Group Sessions and more:

• Conducting group sessions, awareness programs, work-life seminars & sensitization sessions to spread awareness on emotional & mental well-being (Analytics based and scheduled). They would be responsible to drive initiatives to tackle work stress (or) motivational sessions regularly, as needed.
  
  What we are looking for :
  M.phil in Psychology/ Counseling Psychology/ Clinical Psychology with minimum 3 years of work experience.
  
  • A trained counselor with professional training in psychology and counseling. Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting Excellent presentation and communication skills. Experience in preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing and maintaining documentation, taking group sessions, and reports, and understanding the need of the employee (\'User\').
