Experience -
Oversee end-to-end call center operations (voice / non-voice / chat / blended processes).
Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and productivity targets.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
Manage resource allocation, shift planning, and workload distribution.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and call center reporting tools.
Ability to manage operations under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
