Department - ONM (Operation & Maintenance)

Designation : Network Engineer / Field Technician

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads to assess near- and long-term network capacity needs. Demand & Competition Devising & Presenting Ideas & Strategies

Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records.

Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery.

Troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues related support services resolving network Issues.

Configuring operating systems.

On-site installations

Correction and repair of clients' broadband service.

Equipment troubleshooting.

Customer service and education.

Detailed record keeping.

Responsible for field operations and maintenance of the FTTx network

OLT, ONU & ONT corrective and Preventive Maintenance

O&M of Transmission/IP Network equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
