to manage Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing operations at hospital/site facilities. The role includes daily MEP operations, preventive/breakdown maintenance, manpower handling, vendor coordination, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
Handle technical team (electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, operators)
Duty roster & manpower scheduling
HVAC systems: AHU, VRV/VRF, chillers maintenance
Electrical systems: LT/HT panels, DG, UPS, transformers
Plumbing, water supply, drainage, STP/ETP
Fire systems: hydrants, sprinklers, fire pumps, alarms
Safety compliance, audits & documentation
Vendor/AMC coordination & performance tracking
Daily logs, checklists, and monthly maintenance reports
Requirements:
6-12 years in MEP O&M (hospital/site experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting
Team handling & scheduling skills
Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/MEP)
