We are looking for an experienced

Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer

to manage and maintain our installed solar power plants in and around

Lucknow

. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, maximum energy generation, and timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and servicing of solar PV systems Monitor plant performance and energy generation Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults in inverters, panels, wiring, and other components Coordinate with field technicians for on-site repairs Ensure minimal downtime and optimal system efficiency Maintain O&M reports, service logs, and performance records Handle warranty claims and vendor coordination when required Ensure safety standards and compliance during maintenance work Support clients by addressing their operational and technical queries

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the solar field (O&M or installation)

Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical components Ability to diagnose and fix technical issues Willing to travel to plant sites within Lucknow and nearby areas Good communication and reporting skills
Salary: ?12,000 - ?15,000
