Operations & Logistics Manager
Job Description
Oversee day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery scheduling. Develop and implement streamlined logistics processes to guarantee the timely and accurate delivery of water cans to our valued customers. Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to monitor and maintain the quality of water cans, utilizing IoT technology and sensors to uphold our high standards. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring that service level agreements are met. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency and reduce costs. Develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of operations and logistics. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained. Recruit, train, and manage operations and logistics staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards and environmental guidelines. Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance, highlighting challenges and identifying opportunities for growth.
