Job Description

We are hiring an Operations & Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate production planning, dispatch, packaging, billing, and field logistics. The ideal candidate should be experienced, organized, and comfortable with computers and inter-location travel.

Responsibilities:

? Plan and coordinate daily production schedules

? Monitor raw material and stock availability

? Supervise packaging and dispatch of finished goods

? Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries

? Generate invoices and maintain accurate billing records

? Follow up on deliveries and maintain dispatch documentation

? Travel to other company locations, vendors, or clients as needed

? Maintain daily reports and data using Excel and billing software

Other Requirements:

Education: Graduate (Preferred)

License/Certification: Valid Driving License (Required)

Gender Preference: Male (Due to travel/field work responsibilities)
