Job Description

We are hiring an Operations & Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate production planning, dispatch, packaging, billing, and field logistics. The ideal candidate should be experienced, organized, and comfortable with computers and inter-location travel.

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate daily production schedules


Monitor raw material and stock availability


Supervise packaging and dispatch of finished goods


Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries


Generate invoices and maintain accurate billing records


Follow up on deliveries and maintain dispatch documentation


Travel to other company locations, vendors, or clients as needed


Maintain daily reports and data using Excel and billing software

Other Requirements:

Education: Graduate (Preferred)

License/Certification: Valid Driving License (Required)

Gender Preference: Male (Due to travel/field work responsibilities)
