Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production, shipping, and logistics processes, including courier handling.
Manage purchase requirements and liaise with suppliers, including coordination with Chinese vendors.
Generate ISBNs and prepare all necessary shipping and custom documents.
Collaborate with the design and website teams for metadata verification and content updates.
Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely delivery and efficient sales planning.
Assist in product launch planning and related operational tasks.
Handle other duties and assignments as required by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management.
Familiarity with document preparation for shipping and customs.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Good communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience coordinating with international vendors, especially Chinese suppliers.
Experience in publishing, e-commerce, or product launches.
