Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment & Scheduling:

Convert confirmed POs into pick/pack/dispatch plans; book delivery appointments (Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart & distributors); ensure

TAT

and

OTIF

targets.

Warehouse & Inventory Control:

Oversee receipts (GRN), put-away, cycle counts; maintain

FEFO/FIFO

; track expiries; reconcile daily stock vs system.

Logistics & 3PL Coordination:

Arrange transport (surface/parcel), create e-way bills, share LR/dispatch docs, track shipments, close PODs, and file claims for shortages/damages.

Packaging & Damage Control:

Enforce packing SOPs for fragile glass; audit cushioning, shrink, sealing; monitor damage % and drive corrective action.

Documentation & Compliance:

Generate invoices/challans, e-way bills, gate passes; maintain dispatch register; ensure GST/HSN and FSSAI label compliance.

Partner Panel Ops:

Manage partner portals/panels (slot booking, ASN/IV creation, appointment rescheduling, remarks updates).

Data & Reporting:

Maintain daily dashboards (orders, dispatches, damages, freight cost, inventory accuracy); send PO/aging alerts and expiries.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work closely with Production, QA, Accounts, and Sales for stock availability, QC holds, and claim settlements.

SOPs & Continuous Improvement:

Update SOPs, run 5S audits, and close CAPAs for incidents/complaints.

Must-Have Qualifications

2-5 years in

Operations/Logistics

within

FMCG/food & beverages

. Strong Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivots, filters) and basic

ERP

experience (ERPNext/Tally/Zoho or similar). Hands-on with

e-way bills

, parcel bookings, LR/POD tracking, and appointment-based deliveries. Working Hindi & English communication; vendor and warehouse coordination skills.
