Ensure timely
Report & Certification Dispatch
with zero errors.
Manage
Teacher Change Turnaround
efficiently to minimize disruptions in learning.
Optimize
Issue Resolution Time
, ensuring quick response and closure of operational or customer issues.
C.) Feedback and Continous Improvment
Build and oversee
Feedback Collection Coverage
across students, teachers, and parents.
Analyze operational data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Academic, Product, Sales, Customer Success) to drive excellence in processes.
D.) Team Leadership & Collaboration
Supervise and support the operations team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Implement SOPs, compliance checks, and best practices across all operational workflows.
Act as a bridge between management, teachers, and students to ensure smooth coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in operations, preferably in
edtech, education, or service-oriented industries

Strong analytical skills with expertise in operational KPIs and performance dashboards.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LMS platforms, and reporting systems.
