Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to oversee our functional operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing operational processes, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of optimizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Supervise daily operations. Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and workflows.

Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational excellence.

Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review.

Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in operations management or a similar role. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in project management and process improvement methodologies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
