About the Role

We are hiring an experienced

Operations Manager

to lead our

manpower outsourcing, recruitment, and facilities management operations

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

hospitality or facilities management

, excellent business acumen, and proven leadership skills in managing associates across

Operations, Sales, and PRO functions

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of

outsourcing, recruitment, and FM services

Oversee associates in

Operations, Sales, and PRO teams

Ensure compliance with

SLAs, contracts, and government regulations

Handle key accounts to ensure

client satisfaction and retention

Drive

business efficiency, cost control, and profitability

Provide

leadership, mentoring, and performance management

for teams Act as a

decision-maker and solution provider

for operational challenges
Requirements

Graduate in

Business / Hospitality Management

(MBA preferred)

8-12 years' experience

in Hospitality, Facilities Management, or Manpower Outsourcing, with

3+ years in a managerial role

Strong

leadership, client relationship, and people management skills

Excellent

communication, negotiation & problem-solving abilities

Business acumen with focus on

KPIs, budgets & profitability
