About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the order execution and post-delivery process to enhance overall customer experience and to keep costs competitive
2. Planning and managing logistics, dispatch, and customer services
3. Optimizing and coordinating full order cycle i.e. vendor management, shipment coordination, shipment documentation, coordination with client, escalation management, return & replacement
