About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Process orders on a daily basis, accounting for 30% of duties
2. Ensure adherence to all SLAs, comprising 20% of responsibilities
3. Coordinate effectively with the Warehouse team, contributing 10% effort
4. Enhance post-order customer experiences including making calls, encompassing 40% of tasks
5. Manage and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS)

Requirements:

1. Utilize operational tools proficiently
2. Demonstrate a strong command of Excel
