About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and documents, master services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, statements of works (SOWs), amendments, change orders, notation/assignment deeds, and a variety of non-tech commercial contracts, travel/facility management, professional advisory/consultancy services agreements

Requirements:

1. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change quickly and understand how to make processes more efficient
2. Able to write clearly and concisely, taking into consideration different audiences and attention spans
